Sutton Schools Cup Semi Final

On Wednesday 24th February the Year 10 football squad travelled to Overton Grange to play the Sutton Schools Cup semi final.

The boys had a very successful afternoon with some excellent football. Although Overton scored first in the 7th minute it was Cheam who came out on top with Nick Davis and James Etches each scoring a goal and a hat-trick by Roberto Ribaudo.

The score at the final whistle was 5-1, which results in Cheam progressing to the final, which is on Thursday 25th March. This is an excellent achievement for the squad as it has been a very mixed season with injuries and lots of reshuffling in the squad! Well done boys!
