Support for Young People

In addition to channels of support within schools, other organisations also offer support for young people, often through online means.  More information about some of these services is provided below.

Off The Record

Off The Record (OTR) offer free, independent and professional counselling for young people in Sutton and neighbouring boroughs.

Kooth

Kooth is an online support service for young people which they can access anonymously.  Support includes live chat with Kooth counsellors or wellbeing practitioners and access to a range of online tools to support young people with their mental health and general wellbeing.

Jigsaw 4 U

Jigsaw4u has a wide range of specialist mental health and wellbeing services that supports children, young people and families across South West London. This extends to supporting professionals and external organisations who are working locally and nationally with these groups of people. Jigsaw offer support for pre and post bereavement, child exploitation, Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and many other issues besides.
