Year 7 were lucky enough to attend a Medieval Workshop on Wednesday 24th April.

Well done to all the volunteers, especially the ones who trained to be Medieval knights!

Students learnt about gruesome medieval medicine, how William conquered England and what it was like to be a knight. Well done Year 7, for your excellent participation and behaviour.

Well done also to all the Year 7 and 8 History Stars who partook in the History Virtual Reality Workshop!

Students went back in time to Ancient Egypt! On the VR headset they were able to view ancient artefacts, see inside the tomb of Rameses III and stroll around an Ancient Egyptian town.

All students were engaged and polite to the guest speaker.

Congratulations again to all the History Stars! We are looking forward to another award event towards the end of the summer term!
