The library has been a riot all week with a different book-related activity each day. Activities included Guess the Book cover, a noisy game of Book Title Bingo, literary crosswords and word searches and a word scavenger hunt.

We rounded up the week with the World Book Day Potato Challenge, where students transformed potatoes into their favourite book characters and everyone guessed which one was which. We will share more photos next week.

As in previous years, KS3 students were given a World Book Day token to collect a free book from participating book shops.
