We know that the Christmas Break can be a wonderful time for many people.  But it can also be a difficult time for young people (and their families or carers) for a number of reasons. 

You can find top tips for helping secondary-age children take care of themselves and look after their mental health by clicking here.  

Below, you can find services available for young people during the Christmas period if they need someone to talk to about how they are feeling.  All are free to access and some provide a skilled professional to talk to 24/7.
