On Monday 29th January, the Year 7 and 8 netball team travelled to St Philomena’s High School. The girls were excited to play their first away match of the season and pleased to be playing in slightly warmer temperatures than previous games. Both the Year 7 and 8 matches were competitive with lots of strong attacking and defending play from all teams.

Although the girls played well, the opposition proved too strong with both teams losing overall. However, Miss Wilson was exceptionally proud of the girls in how they did not give up and continued to play the best they could until the end. We now look forward to our up and coming match next week.
