Salary Outer London Payscale L12-L16 (£61,623 - £67,740)

We are looking for an innovative and highly effective leader to join our forward thinking and proactive team. You need to have a strong commitment to continuous improvement, be an excellent role model for staff and students and have the ability to lead and develop initiatives within the department and across the school.
The post will provide the opportunity for considerable career development and will be an excellent basis for further promotion.
The school is situated in Cheam, 30 minutes train journey from London Victoria and a short distance from Surrey, Merton, Croydon and Kingston. The successful candidate will be provided with a laptop.
