Mufti Day - Wednesday 25th March

There will be a Mufti Day on Wednesday 25th March to raise money for the Evelina Children’s Hospital, in particular their Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, which cares for very young children who have very serious illnesses.

Funds raised help provide vital equipment, specialist training, family support, and research into rare and complex conditions.

For the Mufti Day, students should bring in £1 to be collected by their tutor in advance of the day.

Students must ensure they meet the following expectations on the Mufti Day itself:

• Students should ensure they are wearing jeans or tracksuit bottoms. Leggings are also permitted but must be dark coloured. No light coloured or flesh coloured leggings.

• Shorts are not permitted. No low-cut tops or anything showing a midriff. No offensive or inappropriate logos. No shorts over tights or pyjama trousers are permitted. No sleeveless or capped-t-shirts.

• Shoes: No crocs can be worn. Students must wear normal school shoes or trainers.

• As usual, no jewellery is permitted (except studs as normal).

• All students must wear their lanyard.

If your child is not in appropriate uniform, they will be sent home to change.

Thank you for your support for this very worthy cause and we look forward to raising lots of funds for the Evelina Children’s Hospital.
