Duke of Edinburgh
On the weekend of 7th - 8th September, 12 Year 11 students undertook their Silver DofE assessed expedition.
They started in Lewes and walked for two days across the South Downs to Arundel. They climbed many hills and enjoyed some spectacular views while carrying everything they needed on their back. They camped for two nights, cooked their own meals and worked together in two small teams.
Although it was hard, they had a great sense of achievement at the end and have all completed the expedition section of their silver DofE.
Well done to all students who took part, we hope you enjoyed the experience and we look forward to lots of Year 10 students signing up to take part this year.
