Year 10 Fine Artists explore Cornwall

Our fantastic Year 10 Fine Art students went on an exciting exploration around Cornwall. They spent four days taking in the scenery, being inspired by famous British artists and getting creative!
They experienced first hand Barbara Hepworth sculptures, Kurt Jackson paintings, the amazing Eden Project and beautiful beaches of St Ives. They sketched, painted and snapped their way through the vast creative influences helping to inspire their “Organic Structures” project.
The students’ enthusiasm and drive was second to none and made the trip a really positive
experience for everyone. Fuelled by Cornish
fudge, the Year 10 sketchbooks will be filled with memories and fantastic additions to their coursework. Thank you Year 10 fine artists for all your hard work, manners and passion!
