Arbor App - Access Issues

Arbor have confirmed that there have been some issues with accessing the Student App and Parent App.
Student App
The issues with the Student App now appear to have been resolved. If students are still unable to log in, they should delete the app and reinstall it. If they are still having issues, we recommend that they reset their password using the guidance here. They can also access their account via the main Arbor website here: https://login.arbor.sc/
Parent App
Parents/Carers are being advised to use a web browser to access their Arbor account instead of the Parent App, for the time being. There is a link to the main Arbor website below and this can also be found under 'quick links' at the top of the Cheam High website.
