Salary CAN Pay Scale point 21 (£21,024 actual salary, £24,590 full time equivalent) 36 hours per week, term time plus 7 days.

 

This is a non-teaching post in which the successful candidate will become part of the school’s BES Team under the close supervision of the Inclusion Manager.  In particular, the role will involve working closely with young people who may be experiencing difficulties making positive decisions regarding their behaviour both in and out of the educational setting as well as those who may be struggling with mental health or emotional difficulties or are otherwise finding accessing and engaging with their learning challenging.  An ability to work successfully with students, staff and parents is essential.
